1. How many participants will be there in the camp?
Minimum - 50, Maximum – 150
2. How many instructors will be there for the camp?
It would depend upon the number of participants. Instructor-Participant ratio would be 1:6
3. Do we have any female instructors for the camp to look after the female participants?
Yes, we do have female instructors to take care of female participants.
4. What will be the instructor - participant ratio?
Instructor - Participant ratio would be 1:6
5. What are the benefits of the Summer Camp to the participants?

6. What is the Venue for the Camp?
Venue – Surya Shibir, around 70 kms from Pune, Near Panshet
7. What all aspects do you cover?
This Camp is holistic in nature and has been designed specifically for our future youth & prospective leaders by exploiting their innermost potential and educating them on the much required Life Skills (Adventure, Psychological, Social, Emotional, Ecological, Educational, Spiritual, Health Mind & Body)
8. What is the age group of the participants on the camp?
Age-group of participants ranges from 13 to 18 yrs.
9. What learning skills do you cover in summer camps?

10. How do you achieve such result just in 4 days?
The intent of the camp will be to introduce participants to the several important facets of practical life. We will try to instill this culture so that they practice it on day-to-day basis.
11. How can summer camp help in college preparation?
This camp is highly instrumental in assisting their participants unleash & experience the entire cycle of unlearning-learning-relearning. This Summer Camp primarily aims at providing intellectual and emotional growth to the participants and assists them to discover their true potentials
12. What is the background and experience of summer camp staff?
Our Core Team comprises highly experienced professionals & experts in their respective domains ranging from Behavioral Sciences to Education to Management Sciences to Hard-core Adventure Sports Personnel from Defense background, Professional Mountaineers & Certified Professional Management Trainers with experience of conducting such Summer Camps for the past decade.
13. Can parents observe their kids during the camp?
No. It is advisable to give your kids their much required space, at least during their vacation.
14. How are campers transported to/from camp?
Bus
15. What time do campers start and when do they return?
Camp schedule will be share with the Participants on Registration.
16. Are campers allowed to carry

17. What is suggested for campers to bring to their Camp Session?
Camper Docket will be shared with participants at the time of Registration. It will contain this information.
Cost
1. What is the cost per participant?
Rs. 3850/- (all inclusive - for the entire camp)
2. What all does the cost include?
It involves the cost of accommodation, food, transportation, cost of adventure activities & facilitators
Safety
1. What are the accommodation arrangements done for the Campers?
Campers will be accommodated in Dormitories
2. Is there any separate accommodation arranged for girls?
Yes, girls accommodation will be separate
3. Is it safe to send girls for this camp along with the boys?
We will take the absolute safety measures of all the participants. Girls are equally safe as that of guys. Moreover, we have female instructors to look after girls.
4. What is the discipline policy?
It is our policy to instill in each child at camp the values that go towards making camp an enjoyable and fun experience for all. As such, any behavior that constitutes either a threat to safety or restricts other participants’ enjoyment will be dealt with in a way that encourages the individual to reflect on what they have done and choose to make right their actions voluntarily.
5. How do you take care of safety of our kids
We follow the following safety standards:
- 1:6 Adult to Child ratio on campus
- High Quality Internationally Accredited Equipments
- Technically trained and experienced leaders
- Trained and experienced outdoor experts - Highly skilled and Certified Mountaineers
- Round-the-clock Resident Doctor with emergency medicines & well-equipped First Aid Kit
- Standby vehicle on campus for emergencies
- Specially assigned women leaders for female campers
- During Activities
- What if they do not want to participate in some activities?
There is no compulsion but it is preferred that each camper undergoes each activity for his own self development - What if they fall down or get hurt?
The activities offered have some amount of risk involved which may not be encountered on a day-to-day basis, but are absolutely safe if the participant follows the instructions for each activity - What if they are not able to do some activities?
Our staff is well-equipped to motivate and inspire each participant to undergo each activity with confidence

All the participants will be travelling together by bus from Pune to camp site and back - During Stay
The venue is safe and secure. We provide round-the-clock availability of female instructors, experts and medical practitioner at the camp site. Separate accommodation shall be provided for boys and girls
Safety
1. Do we have enough toilets and bathrooms at the venue?
Yes, we have over 25 toilet & bathrooms at the venue.
2. Food – Type, Hygiene
A real adventure will require real food. We believe in the importance of good nutrition and this will be reflected in the variety of food we provide at camp.
Registration/Payment
1. What is the last date of Registration?
As such there is no last date of registration. Registration will be closed once the seats are filled. Hence an early registration will help you secure your seat for the Camp.
2. How to register?
You need to download the registration form from our web-site, print it and fill it up completely as per the instruction given. Subsequently, you’ll need to submit the form along with the camp fees at the collection centre.
3. What are the Payment modes?
Payment can be made either in cash or DD in favour of ‘Circles of Influence’ For more details, refer to the Payment Section.
