Camp Rules & Regulations

Campers are to be treated with respect and are expected to be respectful to fellow campers & staff
Campers are expected to utilize the camp site facilities properly and not cause any damage to the camp site property. Camper shall be liable to pay for damages, if any caused by him/her. Circles of Influence shall not be responsible/liable to pay the cost towards the same.
Campers shall not cross the designated camp boundaries without informing the Circles of Influence staff. Non-adherence shall call for dismissal of the camper.
Campers are here to have fun and make friends. We are all one big family here. We’ll get to know each other real well during the entire camp duration, and you’ll make friends you would love to keep for the rest of your life!
Campers shall follow all rules and guidelines at all times while at the camp site.
Campers are expected to resolve disputes in a positive manner. Seek help if necessary, camp staff is always around if you need them.
Zero tolerance for fighting, stealing, or property destruction. Consequence: Dismissal.
No cursing. Consequence: Timeout. Repeat offenses: Dismissal
Campers are required to utilize the safety gear provided by the staff while participating in certain activities. Any camper found not adhering to this rule shall not be allowed to participate in that activity.
Quiet hours post signing off for each day shall be enforced.
Zero tolerance for pranks. We ask you to respect everyone and to respect nature. Pranks are disrespectful as well as wasteful. Any prankster found causing any kind of damage to fellow campers or staff or camp site shall be dismissed and their parent/guardian shall be asked to pick their ward.
Use the “Buddy System” at all times. Never be anywhere alone. Bring a friend!
No camper is allowed into a cabin of the opposite gender for any reason. Consequence: Time out/Dismissal from camp (to be decided by Camp Management).
Campers are not allowed to move out of their dormitories post signing off for the day (between 11:00 PM and 7:00AM) without direct permission from Camp management.
Campers shall be required to bring their Camper’s Kit and adhere to the rules & regulations of each activity as per the Camp staff instructions.
No inappropriate or offensive clothing. No tank-tops or short shorts (too easy to get sunburn!).
Follow Leave No Trace ' principle, never throw en-route or at camp anything you have brought along with you. Collect all waste in the garbage bag & bring it back. If you find any left behind by others, be good enough to collect that too.
Do not Litter, shout, spit around, sing or use transistors or music systems during the camp activities.
Do not collect any souvenirs such as plants or animal parts from the nature.
Consuming any medicine without a doctor’s prescription is hazardous. DO NOT hide if you have any health related problems.
Inform the group if you are allergic to anything, or if you are sleepwalker or you have phobias.
In all cases of dismissal, no fee refunds shall be made and such requests shall not be entertained.

Registration

Camper Registration Forms (including Health & Risk Declaration Agreement) shall be accepted only after all the requirements are met and reviewed by our staff.
Parent/Guardian shall be required to either come for the Registration in person or send across the signed form & Camp Fees along with their ward.
Registration forms shall not be accepted in case of any discrepancy or unavailability of any information required in that form.
Registration shall be done on first come first serve basis.
Full Payment of Rs. 3850/- shall be made either in Cash / Demand Draft (in favour of ‘Circles of Influence’).
If there is any discrepancy found in the Registration Form post registration, the same shall have to be resolved by the parent/guardian before their ward boards the bus.
Please note that the Camp Fees once paid is transferable but not refundable and parents are requested not to request the Camp Management for any such favor.
